Prime 1 Studio has announced that pre-orders are now available for the Prisma Wing 1/7 scale figure of Mikoto Misaka, the protagonist of A Certain Scientific Railgun. Atelier Taishodo painted this figure, which features a special base and a fan in Mikoto’s left hand.
