Capcom has announced that the salary for new employees will be raised by ¥ $65,000, from ¥ $235,000 to ¥ $300,000. The revised salary will be a little over $2,000 when converted to the current USD value. Additionally, employees who joined during the 2024 fiscal year will receive a one-time special payment.
