Square Enix has issued a statement regarding the physical release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth in Japan. Unfortunately, a manufacturing defect occurred at Sony, which incorrectly labeled the order in which players should insert both discs. The download disc is actually the play disc, and vice versa.
