Yuzu (Tropic Haze LLC), as we reported a week ago, was served with a lawsuit by Nintendo of America due to DMCA and copyright violations. Today, it was announced that the two parties had reached a quick agreement to settle, with Yuzu agreeing to pay $2.4 million in damages.
